Anteriormente, este predio se encontraba en pésimas condiciones y sus instalaciones no se consideraban aptas para ser habitadas, provocando el hacinamiento del personal militar subalterno. En este contexto, la determinación de la superioridad por brindar una mejor calidad de vida a su personal, impulsó la decisión de recuperar este espacio. Este logro, que significó un importante esfuerzo por parte de un gran equipo de integrantes de la Institución, representa un antes y un después para el bienestar del personal militar subalterno que reside de forma permanente en el Casino, o que debe desplegarse por comisiones al Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires. La ejecución de estos proyectos demuestra, una vez más, que la FAA continúa trabajando en pos de su personal. Agradecemos al personal militar superior, subalterno, tropa voluntaria y civiles que contribuyeron para hacer este proyecto una realidad.
