Now, let's talk about this legendary guitar. Since 1961, the Casino has been Epiphone's best-selling archtop and a rock 'n' roll standard. It was one of the many sleek archtops designed and produced in the iconic Kalamazoo factory, which Epiphone shared with their former rival and new partner, Gibson.
The Casino has an incredible pedigree. Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones used a Casino to record the demo of "Satisfaction" at Chess Records in Chicago. Howlin' Wolf brought a Casino on his first UK tour and appeared on "Thank Your Lucky Stars." And not long after, John Lennon and George Harrison purchased Casinos for the Beatles' worldwide tour in 1966.
