A day in the life working in Tokyo Japan as a Pachinko Casino Worker. This is what a typical day working in Japan is like if you work in the Casino Entertainment and leisure Industry. This is typical life living in Tokyo and working a morning shift. The Japan working culture is shown as we follow Kento, 27 year old Pachinko Parlor Hall Manager from morning until evening to see what his average Japanese job is like. Pachinko Hall manager works at Maruhan, one of the largest Pachinko companies in Japan. Pachinko is a type of mechanical ball game resembling pinball, but instead with many tiny balls and with the aim to drop the balls into specific pockets in the machine. If one of the balls, goes into the designated pocket, called STATO CHAKKA, it will initiate a slot machine like roll on the LCD screen. If the numbers or patterns line up, then it’s a jackpot. The winnings can be used to claim various prizes at the front desk, but cannot be claimed for cash directly since gambling is prohibited by Japanese law. Instead, the winnings can be exchanged into gold chips. Then outside at a neighboring TUC shop, the gold chips can be exchanged for cash. NOTE: I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these times. This video was filmed before Tokyo started recommending a city lockdown. In fact, at the time of uploading this video, Tokyo is still not officially on lockdown and residents are able to go out as they wish, but please know that I am staying at home these days as much as possible, eating meals at home and only venturing out for necessary items such as pregnancy clinic visits, grocery shopping, etc and also practicing social distancing as much as it is possible in Tokyo. You know, I haven't done a new hotel lately, so I've got 2 in the next week! First up is Cromwell. Now I hate to admit, but I didn't stay. We were over at Park MGM and I literally came over here (after a bit of a rough afternoon) took a bunch of videos and left. I didn't even get to the pool ☹️ Sorry y'all Heck I didn't gamble that should tell you something! The Cromwell is, how could one describe it? They say it is designed to make you feel as if you are in an apartment in Paris. I'd say they did a good job! Its very plush and luxurious. The hotel only has 188 rooms, and is the smallest on the strip. The casino is smaller but has everything you could want to play. I know Giada has a restaurant here and does the room service as well. The check in area is really small but was not busy when I got there. I'd imagine with 188 rooms, the line could get pretty long but as you can see (in the check in video) they had people around the attend to it. The hall rugs, shower and who knows what else are......well, written 😝 I don't know how to describe. It appears the hall carpeting has a story on it, although I 'm not sure how you would read it all. The shower was very bizarre as well. There is a very distinct feel here, but I can't think of the words to describe it. The rooms was s smaller than I am used to, but they utilized the space well. For the size there are a lot of places to sit that are not on the bed. I've heard the bathroom mirrors are two way, but that was after I took the video so I do not know. If we go back I'll check it out. The location is great! It's right mid Strip (Las Vegas Boulevard) across from Caesars and Ballys, next to Flamingo. There are a lot of videos in this playlist.
