PlayCity Casino es el segmento de negocios que opera bajo la subsidiaria AISA (Apuestas Internacionales), la cual también controla a Sorteos del Trébol, marca que ofrece una variedad de sorteos diarios o semanales. Televisa incursionó en este negocio en 2006 y al 31 de diciembre de 2017 sumó 17 casinos en operación bajo la marca PlayCity, de acuerdo con su informe financiero bajo la forma F-20. La empresa está llevando a cabo una estrategia para vender sus activos no estratégicos y así enfocarse en los negocios más rentables. En junio concretó la venta del 19% de su participación en el grupo español de medios Imagina, por el que recibió 341 millones de dólares.
