Now, with this fit kit, you will be able to mount a Malone kayak or surfboard carrier to your truck bed's ladder rack with top channels. It's gonna work with a couple different item numbers. Those are sold separately. I'll pop them up on the screen for ya, in case you need to write 'em down or look 'em up. Now, this replaces the clamp bolt mounting hardware included with the carrier itself, and the channel nuts here, depending on the size you need, slide into the crossbars' top channel and bolt to the carrier. All the hardware here has been electroplated to resist corrosion. And as you can see, you're gonna get a set of the short ones and the longer ones. Now, I was measuring these earlier. The usable length on the longer threaded ones is about 7/8 long of thread usage. And these shorter ones here had about 5/8 inch long of actual thread usage.
