First of all, let talk about the cake drip. This is dark chocolate ganache, I used Colour Mill, black color. Many people have different techniques on how to apply the drip. Here, I used the spoon method, I prefer this to the piping bag.
I used fondant to make all thr decoration pieces for this cake, using my favorite, Satin Ice
