Per i cittadini di Roma non c'è speranza. Nella quotidiana Via Crucis per raggiungere il luogo di lavoro non bastavano la pioggia, i nubifragi, gli scioperi o gli incidenti per mandare in tilt il traffico: anche quando, come oggi, splende il sole e i mezzi pubblici circolano regolarmente, l'inaugurazione di un centro commerciale in una zona relativamente centrale ha paralizzato quasi mezza città. Centinaia e centinaia di macchine. In fila, praticamente ferme o a passo d'uomo alla ricerca disperata di un posto. Oppure parcheggiate ovunque, anche sui marciapiedi. E anche lungo corso Francia, in barba a qualsiasi regola. E la gente fuori ad aspettare (qualcuno si è messo in fila anche da questa notte), pronta a dare l'assalto al negozio 'Trony' inaugurato questa mattina a Ponte Milvio. Un evento che ha letteralmente paralizzato un quadrante della città. Fin dalle prime ore del mattino in zona è stato il delirio, con pesanti ripercussioni su tutta la circolazione. Le zone più interessate sono appunto quelle di Ponte Milvio, Cassia, Flaminia, Salaria, Corso Francia, Olimpica, Monti Tiburtini, XXI Aprile, San Giovanni, Prenestina, Tangenziale est. "Tutta la rete bus che attraversa queste direttrici- fa sapere in una nota l'agenzia per la mobilità - sta subendo forti rallentamenti. Sul posto la polizia di Roma Capitale".
