La jornada comenzó a las 17 con propuestas musicales y artísticas que incluyeron bandas en vivo, comparsas y la presencia de la Guardia del Mar. Las autoridades encabezaron la puesta en funcionamiento de las salas Bristol y Nácar, que fueron recientemente restauradas, cuentan con vista al mar y poseen un aforo de 750 y 300 personas, respectivamente. Durante enero y febrero habrá shows con artistas reconocidos como Nahuel Penisi y Walter Rúa, y una charla con la actriz Graciela Borges. A las 21:30, Bianco realizó el lanzamiento de la primera bola oficial de la temporada 2025: la ruleta mostró al colorado 14. Asimismo, en una reunión con trabajadores del casino, Atanasof agradeció al ministro Bianco su apoyo a la gestión y anunció que "se está trabajando junto a la Legislatura en la aprobación del proyecto de ley para la regularización de aportes y el avance de los pliegos de licitación que garantizarán la inversión que necesitan los Casinos".
